We’re excited to announce the launch of our Pre-Symposium Conference — a dynamic, hands-on experience designed to help you build and strengthen your community Shock Team.

Join physicians, nurses, perfusionists, and administrators as we dive into what it takes to create a successful, high-performing team that delivers exceptional care for critically ill patients — all while maintaining strong outcomes and financial sustainability.

The program also features interactive training sessions in device cannulation and management, tailored for cardiac surgeons and cardiologists. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, learn, and lead your team to the next level of shock care!

Features of this event include a full day of programing, presentations, and panel discussions by industry leaders covering the following subjects and sessions:

  • Session 2: Shock Team in Action: Developing and Implementing Standardized Shock Protocols, Coordination of Care Across the Continuum, Building and Maintaining a Referral Base, and Quality Improvement & Data Infrastructure.

  • Session 3: Maintaining a Shock Team: Measuring and Reporting Outcomes, Measuring and Reporting Outcomes, Financial Sustainability & Institutional Value, and Program Growth & Evolution.
